The Niles Foundation is a community-based non-profit organization founded in 2019 with an unwavering commitment to uplifting and empowering historically disinvested communities in Los Angeles. Our team is dedicated and passionate about creating long-term solutions serving multiple council districts for air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions, community health, mobility, and economic empowerment.
Our History
The Niles Foundation was founded in 2019, and the EvClean15 Project in 2022. We've been serving the community for over 15 years. Our first EVC15 fleet launches in 2026 with routes throughout the Los Angeles Council District 15.
Our Mission
The EvClean15 mission is to provide safe, reliable, and affordable EV community transportation for communities in need. We strive to improve the quality of life for our riders by offering convenient and eco-friendly alternatives to carbon pollution.
